Team Contract

A team contract is a manifesto of how a team commits to work with one another. The contract is unique for every team, addressing the most impactful practices and behaviors that will propel the team to higher performance, and it is dynamic, evolving as the team evolves.

The process to develop the contract is a journey that is potentially emotional and challenging but ultimately fulfilling. With a contract that is jointly developed and owned within the team, a high performing team:
